WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME

TYPICALLY FOR ALL PRINT JOBS WE USUALLY REQUIRE 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PRODUCTION AND ANOTHER 2-3 DAYS FOR SHIPPING, BUT IF THE CLIENT NEEDS BY A CERTAIN DATE BEFORE THE 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS ACCOMODATIONS CAN BE MADE.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT TO START A JOB?

YES, A MINIMUM DEPOSIT OF 50% OF THE TOTAL LISTED ON THE INVOICE IS REQUIRED TO BEGIN ANY JOB.

CAN YOU DO EMBROIDERY?

NOT YET, BUT WE CAN RECOMMEND GREAT COMPANIES THAT WE WORK WITH AS WELL.

HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

MOSTLY ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED EITHER USPS OR UPS. MOST ORDERS SHIPPED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES WILL ARRIVE BETWEEN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THEY ARE SHIPPED.

HOW SHOULD I SEND MY ARTWORK FOR PRINTING?

FOR SIMPLE ONE COLOR PRINT JOBS EITHER BLACK AND WHITE PDF, PNG ,OR JPEG WILL SUFFICE. FOR MOST OTHER JOBS THE ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR FILE OR PHOTOSHOP WOULD BE IDEAL. ARTWORK RECREATION IS ALSO AVAILABLE FOR A FEE, SEND WHAT YOU HAVE AND WE’LL FIGURE IT OUT.

WHAT TYPE OF INK IS USED FOR SCREEN PRINTING?

FOR MOST GARMENT PRINTING, PLASTISOL INK WILL BE USED AND CURED AT THE PROPER TEMPER TO ASSURE THAT YOUR PRINT WILL LAST FOR YEARS AND YEARS. FOR POSTER AND PAPER PRINTING WATER BASED INKS WILL BE USED TO INSURE YOUR PRINTS WILL LAST.

WHAT’S THE MINIMUM FOR GARMENT PRINTING?

FOR ALL GARMENT PRINTING ORDERS A MINIMUM OF 12 IS REQUIRED.

DO YOU OFFER PRINTED VINYL?

YES AS WELL AS VARIOUS TYPES OF CUT VINYL AND DTF TRANSFERS.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

In the rare case that we make a mistake, we want you to have a worry-free experience. Notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order and we’ll take care of you.

  • If your order contains items that are printed materially different than your final design or on incorrect products, we will reprint those incorrect pieces for you. We will also email you pre-paid shipping labels so that your return doesn’t cost you a dime.
  • If for any reason we try and are unable to reprint those pieces correctly, we will refund you those pieces. We will email you pre-paid shipping labels and you will be refunded upon receipt of your returned items.
  • All orders placed will have a 24 hour grace period to cancel their order and receive a full refund of the total original cost.
  • For orders that were approved by the customer then cancelled at anytime after the 24 hour grace period will only receive a refund of 50% of the total original cost.

SCREEN TO PRINT will print on merchandise that is supplied by the customer. We do not however guarantee the quality of prints on customer supplied merchandise, or the printability of individual garments. We cannot be held responsible for spoiled or damaged goods supplied by the customer. Mistakes, while rare, do happen, please expect a misprint ratio of approximately 3%. If you need complete orders or exact number, please supply 3% overage. Any blank or unused garments will be returned with your order.

15 dollar handling fee will be added to any garments supplied by the customer that require tags removed, extraction from garment bags, removal of labels or sorting done by SCREEN TO PRINT.

Caution will be taken with any services on any custom, imported, pre-decorated, embroidered, specialty item or any items of an atypical or difficult material. SCREEN TO PRINT will not guarantee printing or refund/replacement of these items, no exceptions.
